Foreign Ministry on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan's Visit to Armenia

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, did not visit Armenia. This was confirmed by Anna Naghdalyan, the spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Minister, in an interview with ArmDaily.am.

When asked whether Adel Almarzouqi had a representative of Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Armenia, Naghdalyan stated that she did not have information on that.

The media outlet has sent a query to the Government of the United Arab Emirates to clarify the accuracy of the information regarding whether Adel Almarzouqi had a representative of Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Armenia.

It is noteworthy that Gagik Tsarukyan, the President of the Prosperous Armenia Party, had announced that the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and the owner of the Rotana hotel chain had expressed interest in making investments in Armenia but left disappointed after a meeting with the Mayor of Yerevan and the Chief Architect of Yerevan.
