New Appointment in the Ministry of Defense

Edward Asryan has been appointed as the head of the Operational Department of the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense by a decree of the President of Armenia. The relevant decree states: Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accordance with the first part of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as Articles 35.1 and 36 of the Law on Military Service and the Status of Servicemen, Edward Asryan is appointed as the head of the Operational Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
