Avet Poghosyan Appointed Head of the Kentron Administrative District

Avet Poghosyan has been appointed as the head of the Kentron administrative district by Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan.
“Before this appointment, Mr. Poghosyan held the position of advisor to the secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia. Avet Poghosyan is non-partisan,” wrote Hayk Marutyan’s spokesperson Hakob Karapetyan on his Facebook page.
