Fact: The 'Pretty Girl' of Civil Aviation Is Losing Experienced Personnel, Armenian Aviation Faces Serious Challenges
The newspaper 'Fact' reports: In recent times, there has been much discussion about the problems facing civil aviation in Armenia, indicating issues that have been deepening since the change of government.
Sources close to the sector have informed the newspaper that there are indeed serious problems associated primarily with the departure of old and experienced specialists from the industry. More specifically, the context of their dismissal has been noted.
In the past year and a half, several key experts have left the Civil Aviation Committee. Specifically, according to a 'classic' MP, positions previously held have been vacated by Vahram Sayadyan, head of the flight safety department, Levon Janibekyan, head of the legal department, and Arsen Poghosyan, the deputy chair of the committee, who was responsible for aviation safety oversight.
Add to this the fact that due to various reasons, including issues related to technical malfunctions, several flights have been delayed or canceled. It becomes clear that Armenian aviation is facing significant challenges.
