A Small Trick When Buying Tickets on Ryanair's Website: Blogger Alexander Lapshin
A small trick when buying tickets on Ryanair's website: Blogger Alexander Lapshin wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“We have all used the services of low-cost airlines and know that everything incurs extra fees. This is normal. However, it is not quite normal when, at the time of payment with a card, they try to impose payments in another currency on the customer at an unreasonable exchange rate. I have three cards: in rubles, dollars, and euros. If I pay on the Ryanair website with a ruble or euro card, for some reason the system offers the price in dollars for the transaction. If you pay with a dollar card, then the price seems to be in dollars but at an unreasonable exchange rate; ultimately, the base price is in euros. And it is written in small letters that you can find out more about the service being offered by following the link. You follow the link, and there you need to remove the checkbox that indicates you are ready to pay in dollars. Be cautious,” the blogger wrote.
