We Do Not Prosecute Anyone Illegally: Sasun Khachatryan

The head of the Special Investigation Service, Sasun Khachatryan, declined to comment on former Chief Prosecutor Gevorg Kostanyan's statement that the criminal prosecution against him is illegal. However, he emphasized that the prosecution against those carrying out such actions will be lawful.

After a ceremony marking the anniversary of the Special Investigation Service, Khachatryan refused to answer reporters' questions, but briefly addressed Kostanyan's statement, saying, "I will not comment. We do not prosecute anyone illegally."
