“There will be no complete clarification of the April events without hearing Serzh Sargsyan. They must be prepared to come. Not coming is their right; the commission has no authority to compel anyone. But at this moment, no military personnel has declined to participate. Whether they come or not, I don't know, but if they don’t, we will have no constraints in raising our questions. Not coming will bear serious political responsibility,” he said.
