Former MP Mher Sedrakyan's Son-in-Law Initiates Protest Action
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the "Armenian Revival Movement," formed a few months ago in a "Consolidation +1" format, is currently attempting to unify other forces and organize a march against the atmosphere of hatred in Armenia.
The initiators of the movement have not yet made a decision regarding the day of the protest, but it will likely take place on Saturday or Sunday. The route of the march is already known: it will start from the area adjacent to the St. Gregory the Illuminator Church and will conclude at the holy city, reaching the Gayane Church in Etchmiadzin. During the march, calls for tolerance and the necessity of a loving atmosphere will be voiced.
It is important to note that the members of the initiative group of the revival movement include former MP Aragat Akhoyan from the Prosperous Armenia faction, former Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry Arthur Arakelyan, constitutional lawyer Vardan Ayvazyan, Vahan Hovhannisyan, and Suren Okmyan, who is the son-in-law of former MP Mher Sedrakyan.
