Russia Displays Avangard Hypersonic Glide Vehicle to US Inspectors for the First Time

Russia has showcased its "Avangard" hypersonic glide vehicle to American inspectors for the first time. This was announced by the Russian Ministry of Defense, emphasizing that the display of armaments is conducted within the framework of agreements on the further reduction and limitation of strategic offensive arms between Moscow and Washington.

The "Avangard" hypersonic glide vehicle is set to enter combat duty starting in December. It is worth noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the development of this weapon last year.
