Prime Minister Sends Condolences Following the Death of Gohar Vardanyan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a condolence telegram to the family members of the renowned Soviet scout Gohar Vardanyan. The telegram states, in particular:

“With deep sorrow, I learned about the death of the famous Soviet scout Gohar Vardanyan. A legendary scout, a true patriot, a bright and extraordinary personality has left this life. She was a participant in brilliant operations in the history of intelligence. A person of great spirit, who, together with her husband Gevorg Vardanyan, dedicated her entire life to the service and defense of her homeland. Throughout their lives, the Gevorgyans family maintained ties with Armenia, contributing in every way to the establishment and strengthening of the country. The memory of the legendary scout and her feats will remain vivid in the hearts of many generations of the Armenian people, teaching future generations real patriotism.

I extend my deepest condolences to all relatives and friends of Gohar Vardanyan on behalf of the entire Armenian people and personally.
