«Hraparak». While Young People Protest, Arayik Harutyunyan Travels Across Europe

«Hraparak» newspaper reports that while various youth groups are staging protests against the university law and against violence near the National Security Service, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Arayik Harutyunyan is traveling across Europe.

On November 21, he was in Moscow, and on the 22nd, he was in Belgium. After a brief appearance in Yerevan to attend the concert dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Robert Amirkhanyan alongside Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan—an act interpreted as a show of support—he has again traveled to Paris. There, he is scheduled to meet with Armenian cultural figures and representatives of French Armenian schools, and will also attend a conference of education ministers from Council of Europe member countries.

It should be noted that during the days of the sit-in protests in Yerevan, he was entering the ministry through the back entrance, taking every measure to avoid facing the students. Currently, it seems he is once again avoiding meetings.
