Gohar Vardanyan is a Vivid Example of Selfless Dedication to Chosen Work: President's Condolence Telegram

The President of the Republic, Armen Sarkissian, has sent a condolence telegram to the relatives of legendary scout Gohar Vardanyan following her death.

“We have lost a strong, wise, charming, truly great woman who was a vivid example of selfless dedication to serving her homeland and her chosen profession. Like Gevorg Vardanyan, Gohar Vardanyan was a great patriot of Armenia and had a special regard for her native Gyumri,” the condolence telegram from President Armen Sarkissian noted.

The President emphasized that the renowned scout couple Gohar and Gevorg Vardanyan became legends during their lifetime and will forever remain in the annals of world history. “We will always remember this unique couple, their glorious and heroic lives, their good deeds, and their significant contribution to global peace,” the Republic's President stated in the condolence telegram.
