Ruling Faction Leader Receives 460,000 Dram Salary, While Minister Gets 1.5 Million Dram: Marukyan

Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the 'Bright Armenia' faction in the National Assembly, responding to Makunts's statement, noted that in terms of salaries, Armenia is living in an absurd period, where the head of the ruling faction receives 460,000 dram, while the minister they appointed receives 1.5 million dram.

“This is the absurdity where the political system’s framework has been violated due to legal violations. This has resulted from bypassing the parliament, creating a serious systemic problem. Bonuses of 30 percent are stipulated in all state systems,” emphasized Marukyan.
