The people enthusiastically trust their leader. This was stated by the Vice Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, in an interview with Kommersant.

According to Simonyan, if Nikol Pashinyan goes live tomorrow and says, 'People, we are all going to storm the Bastille now,' everyone will leave their homes and follow him.

Simonyan also addressed the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, noting that the Armenian side is ready to prepare the populations for peace with Azerbaijan, but Azerbaijan is not prepared for this.
