David Tonoyan Meets with Director of Armenian Wounded Heroes Foundation
On November 25, Armenian Minister of Defense David Tonoyan met with the Director of the Armenian Wounded Heroes Foundation, Razmik Arzumanyan. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
During the meeting, they discussed the progress of charitable programs implemented by the foundation within the Armenian Armed Forces. Razmik Arzumanyan notably presented the projects aimed at providing first aid kits for the preservation of soldiers' lives and improving sanitary and hygienic conditions for personnel. He informed that during the last phase of the charitable program, an additional 3,000 first aid kits and 5,000 medical bags have already been transported to Armenia, and by the end of the year, 6 field sanitary and hygienic modules will be delivered.
Expressing gratitude for the effective work of the Armenian Wounded Heroes Foundation and emphasizing its humanitarian nature, the Minister of Defense highlighted the interconnectedness of the foundation's activities with programs implemented within the framework of Armenian-American defense cooperation.
Both parties stressed the pan-Armenian significance of the foundation. The meeting also addressed the possibilities for implementing several other projects.
