13 Killed in Iraq Anti-Government Protests as Tear Gas Used
At least 13 people have been killed and an additional 150 injured during clashes between police and protesters in southern Iraq on Sunday. This information was reported by the Associated Press. According to the source, authorities have also been using tear gas.
The day has been described by the country’s officials as "one of the worst" throughout the ongoing anti-government demonstrations in southern Iraq.
