Let’s remind that the parliament is discussing the draft law on making additions to the Labor Code. “Its adoption serves the interests of both the paid employee and the employer. The point is that the employer must demand a written explanation from the employee in writing, so that in case of a dispute, neither party can contest the fact that an explanation was requested,” Petrosyan had earlier stated.
