Woman Stabbed by Husband Refuses to File a Complaint
On November 16th, at 11:40 AM, the Kapan police department received a report that a 36-year-old resident of Kajaran had been admitted to the 'Kajaran' medical center with a diagnosis of 'stab wound to the thigh, external bleeding.'
The dispatched operational group determined that about an hour earlier, during a domestic dispute in their apartment, her 45-year-old husband had stabbed her with a kitchen knife, causing bodily harm. The same day, he presented himself at the Kajaran police department, submitted the weapon used in the crime, and gave a confession.
The woman has refused to file a complaint. A forensic examination has been appointed, and materials are being prepared.
