72 Accidents Registered in Yerevan, 65 of Which Are Material Damage

Today, in Yerevan, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 72 accidents were recorded, 65 of which resulted in material damage.

One person has died as a result of the accidents, and nine others sustained bodily injuries. This information was provided by the press service of the Armenian Police.

Attempts to obtain updated figures, at least by 7:30 PM, from the police duty division were unsuccessful as they refused to provide new data, urging us to only communicate with the media as instructed by an unnamed supervisor, who was not identified.

The reason for the decision remains unclear. The update could not be obtained since the police press service operates until 6:00 PM.
