Fire on the Slopes of Mount Ararat

On November 16, at 11:35, the '911' service received a call reporting a fire erupting on the slopes of Mount Ararat, near the village of Artashavan in the Aragatsotn Province.

An operational group from the Emergency Situations Ministry's regional rescue service, along with three firefighting units, was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that approximately 4-5 hectares of grassland and shrubbery were ablaze.
