Fire at Dilijan National Park SNCO Area

On November 14, at 17:30, the 911 service reported that a fire broke out in the 5th section of the Dilijan National Park SNCO.

A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations responded to the scene. The fire was contained by 18:12 and extinguished by 18:35. Approximately 1500 square meters of dry leaves, wood debris, and shrubs were burned.

Eight rescuers and one employee from the Dilijan National Park SNCO participated in the firefighting efforts.
