Hrayr Tovmasyan Highly Upset, Would Resign If It Were Up to Him
According to the newspaper "Zhamanak," Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan is highly upset with the criminal cases launched against him and representatives of his close circle. He has stated multiple times that if it were up to him, he would have already submitted his resignation from the position of President of the Constitutional Court.
Tovmasyan has complained that he is not submitting his resignation letter only at the urging of the President of the Republican Party of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan.
