Prosecutor's Office and Special Investigation Service Receive Demands for Criminal Proceedings Against Pashinyan from Samsonyan
The Prosecutor's Office of Armenia and the Special Investigation Service have received requests from the president of the NGO 'Civil Consciousness', Narek Samsonyan, demanding the initiation of criminal proceedings against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
“We have received the application. It will be discussed in accordance with the established procedure, and the applicant will be informed of the results,” the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office told Aysor.am.

Yesterday, Narek Samsonyan published a report on his Facebook page regarding the crime directed at the Prosecutor's Office and the Special Investigation Service of Armenia. In particular, Samsonyan raised the question of how the relocation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to the 6th building of the State Non-Commercial Organization has conformed to the law. He pointed out that the Prime Minister's move is in violation of the law, since according to Article 7.6 of the law, “The Prime Minister is provided with an official residence in Yerevan, with appropriate service, located at Dzorapi 74, building 3.”
