NASDAQ Appreciates Armenia's Government Economic Reforms

International media continues to offer high praise for the economic policies and reforms of the Armenian government. According to Armenpress, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan shared this information on his Facebook page, publishing an article posted on the NASDAQ website regarding Armenia's economic reforms.

“Alongside a new political image, a new economic image is being formed for our country, showcasing Armenia as an attractive destination for investments, which is of interest to international investors,” wrote Pashinyan.

The article titled “Economic Reforms Have Put Armenia on the Radar of Larger Investors” mentions that after the peaceful protests last year led to the establishment of a reform-oriented government, Armenia’s economy is growing faster than its neighbor, the oil-rich Azerbaijan, which reinforces investors' willingness to lend to Armenia.

“The government led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has developed a reform program aimed at strengthening Armenia's institutions and rule of law, improving the business environment, and combating corruption,” the article notes.
