Armenian Chess Team Defeats Azerbaijan

The Armenian chess team achieved victory against Azerbaijan with a score of 2.5:1.5 in the 8th round of the European Team Championship.

According to "Armenpress," the only win for our team was secured by Arman Pashikyan playing with the white pieces, while the other three matches ended in draws.

The Armenian team consists of Levon Aronian, Gabriel Sargsyan, Hrant Melkumyan, Arman Pashikyan, and Haik Martirosyan.
