New Draft Law: Those Who Avoid Military Exercises Will Be Punished
The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports that the Armenian government has submitted a draft amendment to the Administrative Violations Code to the parliament, proposing that avoiding military exercises and failing to appear at the military commissariat or the designated location for military exercises or training without valid reasons within the specified time outlined in the notice from the military commissariat will be considered an administrative violation.
The individual responsible for the administrative offense will face a fine of 30,000 drams. If the same offense is repeated within one month, the fine will increase to 50,000 drams.
