Bako Sahakyan's Deputy Head of Artsakh's NSS Dismissed

The President of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, signed a decree on October 31, announcing that Major General Albert Khachiyan has been dismissed from his position as the First Deputy Director of the National Security Service of Artsakh, effective November 1. Khachiyan has been released from service in the national security bodies due to his transition to retirement after many years of service.
