The Next Opponents of the Armenian Chess Teams Are Russia and Georgia

The Armenian men's and women's chess teams know their next opponents in the European Team Championship.

According to Armenpress, in the 5th round of the ongoing European Championship in Batumi, the Armenian men's team will play against one of the favorites, the Russian team. The women's opponents are representatives from Georgia.

The men's team is currently one of the top four teams. Ukraine, Russia, and England also have 7 points. The women’s team is 5th in the standings, with the leader being Russia with 8 points.
