Body of Woman Discovered in Bedroom of House in Sisian

On October 22, at 12:18 PM, a call was received by the '911' service reporting that a resident of one of the apartments at 4 Fizkulturnikneri Street in the city of Sisian, Syunik Province, was not responding to knocks on the door or phone calls, and assistance from rescue workers was needed.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations website, a firefighting rescue unit from the regional rescue department was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers opened the apartment door and found the body of Galia A. (born in 1938) on the bed in the bedroom.
