Collision Between Unregistered Moped and Opel Astra in Yerevan Leaves One Injured

Today, October 21, a collision occurred between a car and a moped in Yerevan. At around 20:50, at the intersection of Moscow and Teryan streets, an Opel Astra with license plate 65 TT 556 collided with an unregistered moped.

According to the photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, who reported from the scene, the moped rider was thrown off and hit his head against the front windshield of the Opel. He was subsequently transported to the number 1 university hospital.

As a result of the collision, the moped was overturned. Bystanders were the first to provide assistance to the injured, stating that the rapid response team of Yerevan's emergency medical services acted promptly.

The police are trying to determine the identities of the Opel driver and the moped rider who was taken to the hospital.
