Deputy Minister of Finance Karen Brutyan Not Summoned by NSS, Spokesperson Denies

The Press Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of Armenia, Anna Vardanyan, informed via her Facebook page that Deputy Minister of Finance Karen Brutyan has not been summoned by the National Security Service (NSS).

“Dear colleagues, in response to your inquiries, I would like to reiterate that Deputy Minister of Finance Karen Brutyan has not been summoned by the NSS, has not participated in any interrogations, and does not have any status concerning criminal proceedings. Furthermore, regarding the initiation of criminal cases against him or any other employees, I reiterate that the Ministry of Finance of Armenia is not aware of any such developments,” she stated.
