Fire Erupts in Dilijan Forests

On October 18, at 13:28, the "911" emergency service received information about a fire in the forest edge of the "Masrut" area in Dilijan, Tavush Province.

A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 15:36 and extinguished by 16:46.

Approximately 4 hectares of dry leaves, 25 tree stumps, and 2 dried trees were burned in the incident.
