Constitutional Court Rejects Examination of Kocharyan's Application

The Constitutional Court has decided to reject the examination of the case concerning the application of Robert Kocharyan, as stated in the procedural session held on October 18, 2019. The decision pertains to the question of compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, based on Article 407 of the Criminal Procedure Code, in conjunction with Article 414.2.
