Arsen Torosyan Faces Legal Action

The head of the laboratory diagnostic department at the Scientific Center for Radiation Medicine and Burns of the Ministry of Health of Armenia, David Grigoryan, has filed a lawsuit against Health Minister Arsen Torosyan. This information has been obtained from the Judicial Information System.

The plaintiff demands that the court obligate the minister to refute slanderous information that damages his honor and dignity, publicly apologize, and pay compensation.

The case has been assigned to Judge Tatevik Stepanyan of the Yerevan City General Jurisdiction Court.
