Elderly Couple Trapped Under Rubble Due to Collapse in Kapan

This morning, an emergency incident occurred in Kapan, where a landslide and collapse happened, covering one of the cottage-like houses. This was reported by the Minister of Emergency Situations, Felix Cholakyan, at the beginning of today's government meeting.

He mentioned that an elderly couple has remained inside the house, and it is currently unclear whether they are alive or not. Cholakyan reported that cautious rescue operations are underway, as the landslide could recur.
