Criminal Case Initiated Regarding Power Usurpation by Hrayr Tovmasyan and Others

The Deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia, Arman Babajanyan, has submitted a report to the Attorney General regarding the apparent criminal act of usurpation of state power by a group of officials, as stated by the press service of the Special Investigation Service.

Based on the report, a decision has been made to initiate a criminal case under Article 300, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Armenia. An investigation is underway.
