VIDEO. Torosyan on the Treatment of April War Participant Haik Sekhlyan

Health Minister Arsen Torosyan has published a video on his Facebook page stating,   ‘Haik Sekhlyan, who suffered injuries during the April War and is currently receiving rehabilitation treatment at the Schwarzwald Clinic in Bad Krozingen, Germany, is already showing positive therapeutic results, supported by government funding. I wish Haik good health and a safe return home.’
