VIDEO: If it is legally determined that I should not hold office, I will resign, says Constitutional Court President

Hrayr Tovmasyan stated in a conversation with reporters today that he will resign from the Constitutional Court when his term of office expires.

“When there is a legal procedure that I should not hold office, then I will resign. I can also resign at my own will at any time,” he noted.

Tovmasyan highlighted that he has declared all of his property. The President of the Constitutional Court mentioned that his income has only decreased since becoming a public servant.
