Video: What Justifications Were Used to Dismiss the Community Leader of Norashen? Garik Sargsyan Clarifies
The Governor of Ararat region, Garik Sargsyan, clarified to journalists today the justifications for dismissing the community leader of Norashen. According to him, the community leader was supposed to hold council meetings every two months but failed to do so.
