‘North-South’ to Be Completed: ‘Investments Exist, the Level is Not Zero’ – Suren Papikyan
When asked about the slow progress of the construction of the ‘North-South’ highway, Armenia’s Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan stated today that he does not intend to take responsibility for the failed work of the past five years.
The minister indicated that measures are now being taken to implement changes in the plan to resume the construction of the road. ‘The North-South will be completed,’ Papikyan asserted decisively.
Suren Papikyan also noted that once the regional business forums conclude, they will provide summarized data on how much investment has been made in Armenia following those events.
In response to journalists' questions, he revealed that investments are present and that the level is not zero. More details are available in the video.
