Details Emerge from the Meeting of the Commission Investigating the April War Circumstances

The newspaper 'Zhoghovourd' reports that it has obtained details from the closed session held yesterday by the commission investigating the circumstances of the April War. According to our sources, the focus was on the assistant to MP Harutyun Babayan from the 'Bright Armenia' faction, Sargis Niazian.

Although there were indications that a high-ranking official from the Ministry of Defense was being questioned, our sources confirm that it was Niazian who was examined yesterday. According to our information, the interrogation was primarily conducted by the commission chairman Andranik Kocharyan, who often turned over the conversation to Tigran Karapetyan, a commission member from 'My Step.'

Reports indicate that the soldier was asked whether the army had weapons that day, if they were provided with necessary supplies, whether the command structure was prepared, and if the soldiers had sufficient bravery to participate in the battle. Up until now, all those questioned have confirmed that everything was normal, and the commission has been unable to locate the thread of shortcomings. Notably, commission members have promised each other not to spill details about the session.
