The US Did Not Give Turkey a 'Green Light' for Operations in Syria, Pompeo Says
The US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo stated in an interview with PBS that the United States has not given Turkey a 'green light' for military operations in Syria.
At the same time, Pompeo reiterated that Turkey has 'legitimate security concerns.'
Previously, Turkey's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the head of the ministry discussed the course of military operations in Syria with Pompeo.
