Power Outages Expected in Yerevan and Regions

The Armenian Electric Networks closed joint-stock company has announced that on October 10, power outages will occur in Yerevan and surrounding areas due to planned maintenance work aimed at preventing future accidents.

In Yerevan, the outages will take place from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the following locations:

• In Nubarashen: private houses on 1st, 9th, 18th, and 20th streets;
• In Norq Marash: private houses on Armenakyan street, Norq boarding house, the Russian embassy building, and various private residences on 7th to 13th streets and adjoining alleys;
• In Avan: houses adjacent to N. Safaryan street and houses at Arakelyan street;
• In Davtashen: buildings 40 to 45 in the 2nd district, and several others;
• In Kanaker: houses on 16th street and other nearby areas;
• In different surrounding neighborhoods including Ararat street, and internal Shengavit.

In the Ararat Province, power will be out from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM affecting Aygevan and Avshar villages, and from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in areas such as Dashadav, Darnak, and several others.

In Vayots Dzor Province, outages will be from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the village of Gndevaz and from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Zaritap village.

In Kotayk Province, the areas affected from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM include Jrvaz, particularly the Mayak and Banavan neighborhoods, and other adjacent residents.

In Gegharkunik Province, there will be a full outage in Tsovasar community from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and in Karchaghbyur village from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

In Shirak Province, the villages of Anipemza and other surrounding areas will experience outages from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

In Tavush Province, partial outages will occur on Myasnikyan street in Dilijan from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

In Syunik Province, outages will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Sisian, covering several buildings and streets, with partial outages in Tegh village until 4:30 PM.
