In 2016, we forgave those terrorists, and now I declare that we will physically annihilate those who attempt to infringe upon me, our people, our state, our sovereignty, borders, and the authorities of Artsakh. This was stated by Vitaly Balasanian, the former Secretary of the National Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh and Major General, in an interview with Livenews.am.

Addressing the recent meeting between Nikol Pashinyan, Zhirayr Sefilyan, and Garegin Chukazyan, Balasanian said that Pashinyan is trying to intimidate everyone, including himself and those like him. “He wants to show that he has a combat wing; he can give a slight order, and the 'Sasna Tsrer' or others will physically solve your problems. I want to inform everyone, especially the supporters of Nikol Pashinyan and 'Sasna Tsrer,' not to engage in such discussions or debates; they will receive a response in moments,” he said.

Balasanian added that he wants to say one word that he had also said before, and Nikol Pashinyan has heard: “The impression of the 'Tsrana Vergo' is Nikol Pashinyan's and his supporters'. We are people who have crossed paths, regardless of our age, positions, or titles. Today, our opportunities provide us the ability that if anyone conducts a terrorist act both at the border and within the country, they will answer for it,” he stated.

Balasanian also announced that they forgave those terrorists in 2016, and now he declares that they will physically annihilate those who attempt to infringe upon his, the people's, the state, the sovereignty, borders, and the authorities of Artsakh, represented by Nikol Pashinyan. “Nikol Pashinyan and that terrorist group are one entity; they are one terrorist organization: one seized power with weapons, and the other with a pen. I say this loudly; let Nikol's proud citizens hear this, let all Armenians hear this, and act immediately,” he concluded.
