VIDEO: Taxi Driver Refuses to Take Former President Petro Poroshenko

A video has surfaced online showing a taxi driver refusing to transport former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and his wife. In the footage, Poroshenko can be seen asking the taxi driver a question, to which the driver responds with a firm 'no.' Following this, Poroshenko partially enters the vehicle, engages in a brief conversation with the driver, then steps out and continues his journey on foot.
