Arsen Torosyan Aims to Establish Totalitarianism in the Healthcare Sector: Gevorg Grigoryan

President of the Armenian National Healthcare Council, Gevorg Grigoryan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Yesterday, I read about how Ararat Mirzoyan, in an effort to maintain party solidarity and abide by norms of etiquette, has been attempting, to put it mildly, to conduct explanatory work with your heart's minister. However, I disagree with the direction of that explanatory work... In fact, today, the Minister of Health aims to establish totalitarianism in the healthcare sector by appointing another affiliate to ensure oversight, so that hospitals do not, 'suddenly rebel' and employees work with 'heads down'... This was the very subject that needed explanatory work to eliminate despotism and totalitarianism in the healthcare sector, as everyone can already see that operations under the minister’s leadership are not proceeding smoothly... I regret to note that among the unprotected healthcare workers, there are many conformists who, in the name of their humanitarian work and the preservation of patients' health, can transcend their own principles and their own 'self'... This is a very dangerous practice for healthcare workers because ministers come and go, but the fact of conformism and the willingness to surpass one's own 'self' remains...
