Several Streets to Be Closed on October 6

Several streets will be closed in Yerevan on October 6. This was announced by the Traffic Police.

In order to ensure the safety of participants and uninterrupted traffic during the "World Congress on Information Technology 2019" event, vehicle traffic will be closed in the areas leading to Republic Square from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM on October 6, 2019.

The affected roads include: Abovyan Street from the Tumanyan intersection to the square, Amiaryan Street from the Mashots-Amiaryan intersection to Republic Square, Vazgen Sargsyan Street from Shahumyan Square to Republic Square, Khorenatsi Street from the Khorenatsi-Mher Mkrtchyan and Khorenatsi-Zakyan intersections to Shahumyan Square, Tigran the Great Avenue from the Tigran the Great-Hanjyan intersection towards Republic Square, P. Buzandi Street from the Republic-Buzandi and Kochinyan-Buzandi intersections towards Abovyan Street, Arami Street from the Republic-Arami intersection towards Abovyan Street, Nalbandyan Street from the Nalbandyan-Tumanyan intersection towards Republic Square, and Pushkin Street from the Pushkin-Old Yerevan intersection towards Sakharov Square.

The Traffic Police request the understanding of citizens and guests of the city.
