We Must Show the Lands Before Handing Them Over for the Last Time: Assistant to Ararat Mirzoyan
Vahan Kostanyan, the spokesperson for the 'Civil Contract' party and assistant to the President of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, posted a photo on his Facebook page, stating:
"Meanwhile, Frank Pallone, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, is already in Artsakh. We must show the lands before handing them over for the last time."
