Robert Kocharian Transferred to 'Izmirlian' Medical Center
The head of the Public Relations Department of the Penitentiary Service, Nona Navikian, confirmed in an interview with SHANTNEWS.am that Armenia's second President Robert Kocharian was transferred this morning to the 'Izmirlian' Medical Center for examination purposes.
