Artsakh's Human Rights Defender Speaks at PACE (Video)

The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, delivered a speech at the event organized by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on the theme of "Human Rights Are Universal." This was shared via a live broadcast on Facebook by MP Edmond Marukyan.

It is noteworthy that this is the first time the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh has spoken at PACE. Additionally, the issue of the universality of human rights has been included in the session's agenda through the efforts of Armenia.
